Stores are decorated with pictures of the California coast. The clothes are made from comfortable fabrics meant to withstand wear while playing sports or relaxing on the beach. I could only be issued a refund. Lost items and unable to replace them to me.
The online rep was rude. Products used: Jackets, coats, jeans. Underwear, bralettes, socks, t shirts. Graphics, cami, joggers, hoodies, everything but beauty! I did a large order on the Hollister website as they had a large sale on so thought that I would treat myself to some bargains. Absolutely love the things that I got however some of them just weren't for me. Hollister has already been a favourite of mine since I was young and it really was 'in fashion'.
The refund however, was processed extremely quickly and I had an email the same day that I took the orders to the post office to say that the refund would be in my bank within 3 working days. It took around a week for my orders to arrive which I think is quite good. There was however a slight delay in my orders arriving but they kept me up to date with this which I appreciated.
I love the clothes at Hollister. They're pretty expensive though. Just like American Eagle. Great clothes but not exactly affordable. Love shopping here, great quality clothes and the best in fashion. Never had a problem with returns, staff always go above and beyond to make sure all sizes are readily availble. I don't shop here much, but once in awhile they have stuff i like. Thought it was great because i like the "beach wash" denim that's out now.
Well I tried to apply the coupon and got an error--it doesn't apply to jeans! Go figure, a store famous for jeans and i can't use my birthday coupon. So sad. On past orders, free shipping is extremely slow. Great service. Excellent customer service. Quick delivery. I would recommend. I had a problem with my card as it had changed since my previous order, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and resolved the problem in no time. I can't see anyone wearing it.
Whoever is the graphic designer needs to get fired immediately. And to mention, everything is extremely overpriced. Second, the sale and clearance is a pure scam. I noticed that the total check-out was close to 40, almost triple the original price before the clearance. I never had to pay this much. The clothing here is amazing! The jeans colors fade over time and the crop tops shrink over time as well. They have all sizes and always have a sale going on!
Their bathing suits are little in size, but are comfortable and great quality for the price. The service in store is welcoming but is very crowed and it is hard to get a fitting room most of the times.
When you walk in there is a huge amount of perfume that hits you, i often find myself sneezing from it. Overall the store is pretty good i would give it a solid 6. It is ok for the price. You pay for what you get. If you want better quality then get Abercrombie. But both of them are not that good after a few washes. I still like getting some of their stuff though.
